Was not satisfied having to keep coming back to customer service to correct a simple return
Received 2 fans and needed to returned both but the option was not there. I spoke to customer service about the issue and was assured it would be corrected and nothing has happened. Now I have opened the items and one of the plug is broken

I have been a customer at BONPRIX FOR MANY YEARS NOW. I cannot find my log-in old password and I HAVE CHOSEN AN ITEM IN MY BOX BUT CANT GET IT TO POST TO MY ADDRESS BT604BA.
WHAT CAN I DO . IT DOESNT SEND AN EMAIL TO REFRESH A NEW PASSWORD.
I dont know what can I DO. Can You help PLEASE.

I waited all day for the return to be collected, and it wasn't, even though this was a booked slot. I work away during the week and will find it very hard to organize another day.
