Happy to notice Bonprix HAS now fixed their website problem, however they didn't contact me about it. Using Pissed Consumer was very, very helpful :).
I contacted Bonprix about a website malfunction that prevents me using their site. Customer service was very responsive, but didn't seem able to cope with the fact that I was trying to be helpful, not complaining about an order.
I gave up.
If they don't want to know why they aren't getting online orders, I can't help them. Top marks for responsiveness, though!

Still have a return parcel and no body has turned up for it Im disabled and on my door it says please knock loudly as Im deaf and disabled which is why I ask for courier returns

Just received my statement its saying that I have to extra as a default payment as well as my monthly payment. I pay every month on time.
I just wished I kept my receipt from the post office. You said you could find it.

Hi, I don't understand why I can't get into my account. I changed accounts to the Fraser Group.
Once I had done that, I thought I would only be paying the Fraser Group. But according to you, I still have to pay you each month as well?
I have a payment to Bon Prix coming up shortly, so can you explain why I'm still paying you and Fraser? Also, please tell me how I can pay you if I've not got an account anymore.

I am hoping that you can assist me, i am trying to buy your size 48 black mens briefs. Look Again (Freemans) do an order for £30...10 pack.
They are a very comfortably wear but are out of stock at Look Again and despite logging a request when next in and speaking to them, there is no indication when available.
So I thought go straight to you.

Useless service
They haven't a clue, sales advisers have no idea, ñot trained to requirement, butt in when you try to explain your problem. One even hot angry with me.
Gave me a customer number from a different curviser account instead of my bonprix number.
When I try to log into bonprix it tell me my email address is not right, even though I get emails from them at that email address they say is not right for logging in. The site also tells me my post code is not right even though its on my account details.
I did not receive the whole order
I ordered tank tops and two bras, I received the emails for a different color but not the bras. Please send me money or the bras
