CANT GET CHANGING MY PASSWORD AND FORGOT IT.

I have been a customer at BONPRIX FOR MANY YEARS NOW. I cannot find my log-in old password and I HAVE CHOSEN AN ITEM IN MY BOX BUT CANT GET IT TO POST TO MY ADDRESS BT604BA.

WHAT CAN I DO . IT DOESNT SEND AN EMAIL TO REFRESH A NEW PASSWORD.

I dont know what can I DO. Can You help PLEASE.

I waited all day for the return to be collected, and it wasn't, even though this was a booked slot. I work away during the week and will find it very hard to organize another day.

Happy to notice Bonprix HAS now fixed their website problem, however they didn't contact me about it. Using Pissed Consumer was very, very helpful :).

I contacted Bonprix about a website malfunction that prevents me using their site. Customer service was very responsive, but didn't seem able to cope with the fact that I was trying to be helpful, not complaining about an order.

I gave up.

If they don't want to know why they aren't getting online orders, I can't help them. Top marks for responsiveness, though!
