The chat stopped when the link was sent to me which I cant click on, so I was left stuck & with the parcels that I cant return .

Received my order which was later than expected and it was the wrong item and packaging damaged so I'm assuming it was delivery company's mistake.i soon resolved the problem with bonprix customer service the same day I rang

Helped me with my orders very good with the way the lady handle my request and in finding the items for me she was great

I contacted Bonprix about a website malfunction that prevents me using their site. Customer service was very responsive, but didn't seem able to cope with the fact that I was trying to be helpful, not complaining about an order.

I gave up.

If they don't want to know why they aren't getting online orders, I can't help them. Top marks for responsiveness, though!

Still have a return parcel and no body has turned up for it Im disabled and on my door it says please knock loudly as Im deaf and disabled which is why I ask for courier returns

Just received my statement its saying that I have to extra as a default payment as well as my monthly payment. I pay every month on time.

I just wished I kept my receipt from the post office. You said you could find it.

Could you please have another look. I definitely paid it in on time

Once I had done that, I thought I would only be paying the Fraser Group. But according to you, I still have to pay you each month as well?

I have a payment to Bon Prix coming up shortly, so can you explain why I'm still paying you and Fraser? Also, please tell me how I can pay you if I've not got an account anymore.

Wasnt able find correct number to ring filled in the form and got a very polite lady who put me on right phone number I wasnt pissed about this just confused put me at ease

They haven't a clue, sales advisers have no idea, ñot trained to requirement, butt in when you try to explain your problem. One even hot angry with me.

Gave me a customer number from a different curviser account instead of my bonprix number.

When I try to log into bonprix it tell me my email address is not right, even though I get emails from them at that email address they say is not right for logging in. The site also tells me my post code is not right even though its on my account details.

I ordered tank tops and two bras, I received the emails for a different color but not the bras. Please send me money or the bras

I was sent an email to copy & paste a label to my browser. I do not have a computer etc so had no idea how to do this on my phone!

The lady on the phone was lovely & very helpful & is sending me a return label through the post. Many thanks!
